Gift Voucher for Printing Experience

Come along to my studio here on the beautiful Island of Anglesey in the town of Menai Bridge and visit me in my garden studio.   Here I will welcome you with a panad and a little history of the Japanese art of Gyotaku.  I’ll talk you through some of the techniques, materials and processes necessary to make a Gyotaku Print. 

Then we will get all set up ready to make your very own fish print.  Where possible we will be using a line caught Anglesey Bass, it’s my favourite fish to print.  The print will be done onto fabric using quality acrylic ink and while your print drys, I’ll give you some ideas on how you might frame it when you take it home.

Due to the size of my studio, this experience is for a maximum of two.  It’s aimed at adults but if interested I will allow teens.  If you are unsure, just contact me for details.
